GenieNRM warranty support provides
customer with high reliable product assurance.
Standard Warranty:starting
from the date of product delivery and will be effective for
12 months. The product under standard warranty, GenieNRM will
provide annual support services for:
- Hardware Repair:
In the case of a hardware system
failure, the unit will be repaired or replaced with
new or reconditioned unit of equal or better value.
This service requires evaluation by GenieNRM TAC and
the issuance of a RMA number.

- Hardware Replacement:
In case of a hardware failure upon
arrival, TAC will provide new hardware for replacement
within 5 working days after receiving notification
from regional solution partners.

- Software Release Updates:
Remote software updates are available
for bug-fixed and feature enhance, online assistance
could be provided by GenieNRM through the confirmation
of regional solution partners and customers.

- Product Training:
GenieNRM and regional solution
partners will provide comprehensive product training
for system operation.

| Extended Warranty:GenieNRM
provides the service of extended warranty, customers could purchase
extended warranty to extend his standard warranty. The unit
of the extended warranty is on yearly bases. |
